kW Tube (6112) Line Preamplifier
The kW preamp
is technically far in advance of anything available from any other
manufacturer at any price; Transistor or tube. Check out their specs.
You'll see the occasional spec from the occasional manufacturer might be
slightly better than the kW's but as a performance package nothing comes close. To all intents and purposes the kW preamp is utterly
transparent. It cannot be overloaded, it has virtually no distortion, its
noise ratios are incredible, it has no limitation whatever to its output
capacity. The kW preamp is literally a straight wire with gain. No
colouration just an amplified version of exactly what went into the input
sockets. Perfection!
