FAQ


What speakers do you recommend?

Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend speakers to our customers. A lot of it is down to personal opinion. Whilst one person may prefer one particular brand/model, others may favour another brand/model. We suggest that you visit your local Musical Fidelity Dealer and demo our units through a range of speaker brands/models.

What speaker cables do you recommend?

Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend speaker cables, for the reasons mentioned above.

How do I go about getting my unit serviced?

If you find that your unit needs to be serviced/repaired, you will need to contact Indra on +44 (0)20 8900 2866, Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. We will then arrange a time for you to deliver the item to us. Once the work has been carried out, we shall contact you and inform you that your unit is ready for collection.

Where can I get a replacement manual for my unit?

You will find most product manuals on our website. You can either select the product from the products menu, or click 'Product Manuals' on the left hand side of this page. Please note: All manuals on our website are the most recent versions. If you do no find the manual you are after, please contact us on +44 (0)20 8900 2866.
