Warranty Registration

Thank you for choosing Musical Fidelity. Please read the terms and conditions and complete the form below.

Terms and Conditions

Musical Fidelity Limited warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations set forth below:

  1. Musical Fidelity or its representative determines that the defect has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or unauthorised maintenance, accident or unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification.
  2. The unit's serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible.
  3. The unit has been taken out of the country of purchase.

During the warranty period, Musical Fidelity will remedy defects in material or workmanship, without charge for parts or labour.

Should the product fail within the warranty period, contact your store of purchase for service and produce the original sales receipt.

Except in respect of death or personal injury, or loss or damage caused by Musical Fidelity's negligence and except in respect of loss or damage to any property (other than to the product itself or the whole or any part of any product which has been supplied with the product in question comprised in it) due to a defect in the product Musical Fidelity shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage.

This warranty is in favour of the original purchaser only and is not given to any person deriving title to the product through him or her.

Where the product is sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Sale of Goods Act 1979) the statutory rights of the purchaser are not affected by this warranty.

This warranty will not apply to any ex-demonstration product as evidenced by invoice price, condition and date of manufacture.
